Notes and Terms and Conditions

Pets: A charge of £10 per animal - animals not allowed on furniture and you should provide
its bedding and feeding bowls. Pets must not be on their own in the cottages.

Prices are inclusive of oil central heating (Old Barn and Barn Annexe), bed preparation and bed linen. Gas in Mobile home for living room heater and hot water included in price. Towels can be hired at £1.50 per person. ( Inc 1 x bath & 1 x hand towel ) Electricity is charged separately, at cost, by meter readings. Water is heated by electric immersion heaters (except Mobile home).  Each unit has its own phone line (except Mobile home), calls again charged at cost. An additional security deposit is payable in cash on arrival.  Upon receipt of this, the telephone will be enabled to make out-going calls. The deposit will be refunded on departure, providing the accommodation is left clean and payments for electricity, telephone and breakage or damage are settled.

All prices quoted in UK Pounds Sterling.

 Deposits: Old Barn £100.  Others: £80 . Payable in cash on arrival.
