We have 3 beautiful self catering holiday lets tastefully converted from ancient farm buildings accomodating from 4 people up to 7 people  (See Above).

We also offer overnight B & B accommodation in the Farmhouse or (when available) overnight accommodation in the self-contained properties either with or without  breakfast.

The Elham valley. a  renowned Kent beauty spot, lies between Canterbury and Folkestone on the North Downs. This is a concentrated area of outstanding natural beauty with gentle hills, valleys, woods  and meadows. Populated by isolated farms such as ours  and many pretty villages, there are few roads and it remains peaceful and pastural.

At Ladwood Farm, there always plenty of animals grazing including horses, sheep and sometimes cows (+ a quantity of chickens and ducks grazing wild - ask us for their eggs if we have any to spare, you won’t ever taste finer ones!). Nestling in its own valley, the farm is beautiful and secluded and surrounded by its own  fields and woodland with many species of wild birds, animals and flora. Situated just 10 miles from Canterbury, 5 from Folkestone, 8 from Dover and 15 from Ashford, we are just a stone's throw from the Channel Tunnel and ferries  and close to the International Eurostar terminal at Ashford.

We are booking agents for all the main ferry companies and for the Eurotunnel shuttle. You may book with with us on the website whether or not you require our  accommodation.
